Mad Hatter Muffler Center

Mad hatters just checked my exhaust for FREE, up on the rack, no leaks. I do not know of any place that does that. AND I was there 10 minutes maybe 11 minutes max. I am a 1k to the good from using Mad Hatters as my exhaust shop. My last vehicle I was told get a tune up and come back for exhaust work, because my vehicle would stop running soon and it would had been 1200 to fix exhaust that day and my vehicle stopped running awhile later getting junk yard price. Expecting to pay up to 4k last week at a muffler shop and paid less then 200 at Mad hatters. I was so so happy after spending $ on repair. Never thought I'd be happy spending. But my ride is safe and quiet now. No fumes. Yeah!!!

My car sounded horrible and I saw good reviews about this place. Walked in early on a Tuesday and 2 hours later my car was finished. The mechanic showed me the underneath of my car and explained the problem as well as a couple solutions. He was honest with me and helped me make the best decision. My car sounded 100% better and the fix was only $200. If you are looking for glitz and glam it’s not the place for you. If you are looking for quick, fair, honest, good work, it is.

Got my shit done a looking good for 210. Good prices and quick that same day. They also made sure that what i got was what i wanted even bringing me in to hear and look at it. If you ask pretty much anyone in columbus where to go for a muffler. They’d say here.

I had my car repaired at the Mad Hatter recently, and I will absolutely be back! I was extremely impressed with how efficiently and professionally they operated. I had a 7:00 AM appointment, and they took me in right on time. The mechanic even came into the service room and invited me to see what was going on with my car. He walked me through the issue clearly and answered all my questions. Amazingly, the repair was completed by 7:40 AM, and I was on my way home shortly after! While I waited, I also noticed the receptionist handling walk-ins with exceptional professionalism. Even though they were fully booked for the day, he offered people alternative options, including referring them to a sister company. The level of customer service here is truly outstanding—I haven’t seen anything like it in years. I’ve already been telling all my friends about this place. Highly recommend!

DO NOT bother with the rip off big chain muffler shops! This is THE place to go for exhaust work. It's first come first serve so get there early. Don't worry if there are a lot of customers ahead of you because this place is run like a well oiled machine so the line goes quick. The best part is that they are super affordable because they will only fix what needs to be fixed and won't upsell you anything. It doesn't surprise me that this place has nearly all 5 star ratings.

I recently had an aftermarket exhaust installed on my mini cooper here. Donnie was very professional and he went out of his way to make sure the system fit. There were modifications that had to be done. Donnie and team found 2-3 different options and called me to explain and then did an exceptional job. This business is very busy because of the top notch work and the very affordable prices. I highly recommend this business. Donnie is the manager and he is a gentleman. They will take good care of you! I love my mini cooper new sound and looks now.
